Your Exciting Role

Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Implement and maintain efficient office workflows and procedures.
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
Address and resolve any issues related to office infrastructure promptly.
Provide high-level administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
Liaise with vendors for procurement of office supplies and services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements in GA area to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain positive vendor relationships.
Maintain accurate records of office expenses, vendor contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Prepare and analyze reports on office activities, expenses, and compliance.
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects related to general affairs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Ideally, You Would Have

Min. Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven track record as a GA professional with at least 3-4 years of experience in General Affairs and Office
Management.
A proven track record of managing various projects from ideation to execution.
Experienced in setting up an office and workspace from the ground up.
Communicative and active.
Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Having good administration and organizing skills.
