Manage prospective patient or customer communication via Mekari Qontak
Relay important client information, requests, or feedback to the sales team
Track and report leads or sales opportunities received through WhatsApp to the sales team for further action.
Order scheduling, appointment, processing and tracking
Documentation and record-keeping
Customer relationship management
Promotions and Marketing.
Feedback collection and reporting.
Ideally, You Would Have
Minimum education SMA/D-III.
Flexible working time.
Effective communication skill : ability to communicate clearly and professionally through text.
Multitasking: ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
Attention to Detail: ability to ensure that important details and client requests are not overlooked.
Customer Service: strong focus on resolving client issues and maintaining a positive brand image, Customer Relationship Management preferred.
