Your Exciting Role

  • Manage prospective patient or customer communication via Mekari Qontak

  • Relay important client information, requests, or feedback to the sales team

  • Track and report leads or sales opportunities received through WhatsApp to the sales team for further action.

  • Order scheduling, appointment, processing and tracking

  • Documentation and record-keeping

  • Customer relationship management

  • Promotions and Marketing.

  • Feedback collection and reporting.

Ideally, You Would Have

  • Minimum education SMA/D-III.

  • Flexible working time.

  • Effective communication skill : ability to communicate clearly and professionally through text.

  • Multitasking: ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

  • Attention to Detail: ability to ensure that important details and client requests are not overlooked.

  • Customer Service: strong focus on resolving client issues and maintaining a positive brand image, Customer Relationship Management preferred.
