Your Exciting Role

Control the overall overall supply chain activities (inventory planning, warehouse, logistics, and distribution) to run effectively, and communicate effectively with stakeholders on the progress.
Finding cost-effective solutions with better quality and safety of product or system for tech operations and supply chain processes.
Prepare the standard operating procedure according to the CPAKB, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and/or ISO 17025 standard/requirements for Technical Operations and SCM team.
Perform corrections to any problems that arise in the technical operations and supply chain management process, complete problem resolution, carry out root cause analysis and further investigations, and take corrective and preventive actions to prevent problems from occurring again in the future.
Work together with the R&D Team during Transfer Technology of new product or reformulation product to the Operations Team (Production/Manufacturing, QC/QA and Supply Chain), including to do troubleshooting for any issue that has arisen during the commercial production trial activity.
Create Bill of Material and List of Consumables for Product and Service/Testing based on Product Recipe and List of Consumables.
Prepare estimation of Cost of Good Manufactured (COGM) for product and service.
Assist in the supervision of staff and promote teamwork, deals with any staff issues which may arise from time to time i.e. grievances, disciplinary matters, and others.
Create weekly and monthly performance reports for technical operation activities.

Ideally, You Would Have

Min. bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Pharmacy or any related major.
Experience min. 5 years in the Technical Operations (SCM, Production, and QA/QC) of biotechnology industry, with 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor.
Minimum 3 years working experience in demand planning and inventory control, and familiar with forecasting.
Having experience in molecular biology techniques /industry is an added value. Understand CPAKB, CPOIB, CPOHB, ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485.
Digitally savvy and fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Fluent in Google Workspace (Sheet, Slides & Docs) or MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Have high integrity, honesty, dynamic, highly organized, and excellent attention to detail.
Able to work with a team, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving, and leadership.
