Product Details

The mBioCov-19 qRT-PCR Kit has been validated to accurately and quickly detect SARS-CoV-2 and has acquired certification from Ministry of Health (KEMENKES AKD 20303021507) for use with purified RNA from NP, OP, NPOP swabs, and gargle samples. This kit has a Limit of Detection (LoD) of 0.25 copies/µL reaction.

Procedures

Store the reagents at -20^oC upon delivery.

When ready to use, thaw the reagents completely. Mix 0.2 µL of RT Enzyme, 0.4 µL of RNase Inhibitor, and 1.5 µL of Primer-Probes Mix with 10 µL of the Universal Probes Reaction Mix. Mix well and pipette 15 µL to each well of the PCR tube strip or well plate.

Mix 5 µL of the purified RNA sample and you are ready to run the PCR reaction.
