ShrimProtect RxReady EHP qPCR Kit utilizes our advanced proprietary Fenrir Mastermix with specific fluorescence probes to accurately detect Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP) in various samples in under 35 minutes.

Analytical Performance

Limit of Detection (LoD): 0.35 copies/µL reaction.
Good linearity (R² > 0.99) from 100,000 copies/reaction until 10 copies/reaction.

Sample Type

Purified DNA from broodstock, shrimp fries, shrimps, artemia, polychaeta, water, mud, and feed.

Product Details

ShrimProtect RxReady EHP qPCR Kit has been validated by Balai Pengujian Ikan & Lingkungan (BPKIL) and has acquired certificates NIE KKP RI D 2306730 BBC to specifically detect β-tubulin gene of EHP. The kit also contains Internal Control for shrimp.

Procedures

Store the reagents at -20^oC upon delivery.

When ready to use, thaw completely and pipette 15 µL to each well of the PCR tube strip or well plate.

Mix 5 µL of the purified DNA and you are ready to run the PCR reaction.
