Warehouse Attendant

Your Exciting Role

Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels.
Recording and updating stock data in the warehouse system.
Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
Receiving, unpacking, restocking, and labeling goods.
Assisting with warehouse-related tasks as needed.
Supporting incident investigations in the supply chain (if any).
Preparing weekly and monthly inventory reports.
Creating purchase requests for warehouse needs.
Helping prepare SOPs, work instructions, and forms to meet industry standard (CPAKB, CPOIB, CPOHB, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 17025).
Coordinating with third-party logistics for shipping goods.

Ideally, You Would Have

Passion for sustainability and preserving Indonesia’s biodiversity.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).
Experience in molecular biology is a plus.
Good computer skills, including MS Office or Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and able to meet deadlines.
Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
