Manage and monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, consumable materials, and finished goods.

Creating and set up a new inventory code and inventory system for a new item/materials/finished good.

Create purchase requests for inventory, warehouse  and manufacturing needs.

Oversee inventory allocation and warehouse receiving processes.

Perform regular stock opname and integrate inventory data across departments to ensure accuracy.

Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Finance, Tech Ops, R&D) to resolve inventory discrepancies.

Collaborate with Sales to forecast demand and align inventory with manufacture.

Manage and run the ERP system daily, along with using google sheetl for inventory tracking and reporting.

Create and revise any SOP, WI, WO, and FR to comply with CPAKB, CPOIB, CPOHB, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 17025 standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, warehouse management, demand planning, or related areas.

Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet-based inventory tracking.

Demonstrates high integrity, honesty, and a dynamic, proactive personality.

Strong analytical thinking, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a team environment.

Having experience in molecular biology techniques /industry is an added value. 

Detail-oriented and agile; consistently completes reports and tasks within scheduled deadlines.
