Your Exciting Role
- Develop and execute Human Capital & General Affairs strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and long-term growth.
- Lead all HC functions (recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement) as well as GA functions (facility, asset, office management, and operational compliance).
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HCGA policies, SOPs, and systems to ensure efficiency, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage workforce planning and ensure recruitment processes are effective and aligned with business needs.
- Develop and oversee performance management systems (KPI/OKR) and ensure proper implementation across the organization.
- Handle industrial relations, including compliance with labor regulations, conflict resolution, and maintaining a healthy work environment.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company structure and capabilities.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of employee administration, payroll, BPJS, and labor-related legal compliance.
- Oversee General Affairs functions including office facilities, asset management, vendor management, security, and daily operations.
- Drive a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven company culture that supports innovation.
- Prepare regular HCGA reports and provide strategic insights to management based on data and analysis.
