Design, review, maintain and disseminate policies and procedures in human resource functions, ensures compliance with Laws, Business Objectives and overall HR Strategies.

Monitoring the day to day hiring process and ensuring the fulfillment of company needs.

Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Improving recruitment processes, procedures, systems and best practices.

Tracks staff movement, attrition and vacancies and ensures vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost-efficient method and sources.

Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.

Lead and facilitate the performance management system that includes performance evaluation, performance development plans, career development plan and succession plan.

Ensuring seamless delivery of HR support services, disciplinary procedures.

Oversee and manage all facets of the day-to-day services and operations of human resources i.e. recruitment, salary & compensation, BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan), and staff relations, etc., to meet the organization’s needs.

Participate and review the development and implementation of standard positions classification and salary structure to ensure competitive remuneration packages.

Partner with the Leadership Team to create a motivating, supportive and productive work environment for all levels and foster relationships built on respect and trust.

Understand the business practices, policies, roles & responsibilities and people to support the company’s growth.

Partner closely with the leadership team to ensure the teams’ goals and objectives are clear and consistent with the business objectives.

Collaborate with Legal Counsel and to address sensitive issues. Provide coaching and counseling to all levels of management to ensure employee relations cases are handled appropriately and with attention to compliance.

Ensures compliance with government laws and regulations and maintains up-to-date knowledge of employment related laws and Maintain a good relationship with Disnaker & BPJS (health and employment).

General Affairs : Analyze and monitor budget utilization. Maintain good relationships and negotiate with vendors. Monitor all operational activities and projects, such as packing and delivery biome beauty products, reinstatement project, etc.
