ShrimProtect RxReady DIV1 qPCR Kit utilizes our advanced proprietary Fenrir Mastermix with specific fluorescence probes to accurately detect Decapod Iridescent Virus 1 (DIV-1) in various samples in under 35 minutes.

Analytical Performance

Limit of Detection (LoD): 0.25 copies/µL reaction.
Good linearity (R² > 0.99) from 100,000 copies/reaction until 10 copies/reaction.

Purified DNA from broodstock, shrimp fries, shrimps, artemia, polychaeta, water, mud, and feed.

ShrimProtect RxReady DIV-1 qPCR Kit has been validated by Balai Pengujian Ikan & Lingkungan (BPKIL) and has acquired certificates NIE KKP RI D 2406803 BBC as a kit to specifically detect gene ATPase of DIV-1. The kit also contains Internal Control for shrimp.

Procedures

Store the reagents at -20^oC upon delivery.

When ready to use, thaw completely and pipette 15 µL to each well of the PCR tube strip or well plate.

Mix 5 µL of the purified DNA and you are ready to run the PCR reaction.
