Technical Sales Associate

- Manage project timelines and monitor overall progress.
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on service progress and client responses.
- Confirm sampling schedules with the sales team involving farmers, hatcheries, laboratory teams, universities, and manufacturing clients for various needs.
- Collect, organize, and validate farm operational data for field trials.
- Develop and maintain customer and project databases for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Conduct routine monitoring of project performance indicators and perform preliminary analysis on collected data based on established guidelines.
- Provide early notifications when potential technical risks or data discrepancies are identified.
- Create data visualizations through tables, charts, and data summaries for further analysis.
- Support the verification process of sequencing reports and additional sequencing result requests.
- Document project discussion outcomes and follow-up actions while maintaining well-organized archives of data, reports, and project-related SOPs.
