Sr. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist
Your Exciting Role
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to attract high-quality candidates aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and strengthen the company's employer branding strategy across digital platforms, social media, and recruitment channels.
- Partner with Head of HCGA and business leaders to understand workforce planning, talent needs, and recruitment priorities.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing initiatives.
- Design and implement employer branding campaigns, employee value proposition (EVP) initiatives, and recruitment marketing programs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze hiring performance to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for key positions to support current and future business growth.
- Manage the employer branding calendar, including social media campaigns, career site content, and recruitment marketing activities.
- Measure and evaluate employer branding effectiveness through engagement metrics, talent attraction data, and market benchmarking.
