Manage end-to-end Human Capital operations, including payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.

Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, talent review, employee development, and succession planning.

Handle industrial and employee relations matters, including employee counseling, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and labor compliance.

Provide coaching and mentoring to leadership and employees to enhance performance, leadership capability, and employee engagement.

Analyze Human Capital data and develop policies, programs, and initiatives to support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
