Your Exciting Role

  • Conduct laboratory experiments in accordance with GLP for development and improvement of molecular diagnostics products.
  • Perform data collection, analysis, documentation, and organization of experimental results.
  • Assist in maintaining laboratory cleanliness, organization, and inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and analyses following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external audiences.
  • Participate in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external purposes.
  • Ensure that laboratory instruments are in good working order according to the department’s SOP.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Ideally, You Would Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field, with at least 1-2 years of experience in research and development field.
  • Hands-on experience in qPCR or similar analytical molecular biology techniques. Experience with assay design, development, optimization, or validation is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of molecular biology techniques and laboratory practices.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation used in molecular biology research.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and prioritized effectively in a fast-paced research environment.
  • Prior experience in a biotechnology or diagnostics company is advantageous.
