QA/QC Lead

Your Exciting Role

Lead the planning, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Company’s Quality Management System, including ISO 9001/ISO 17025/ISO 13485/ISO 15189 scopes as required by business needs; manage document and record control through a Document Management System (DMS); and oversee risk management, change control, CAPA, and deviation handling to ensure process consistency and compliance.
Control and oversee all Quality Control activities, including method validation and verification, material testing, in-process and finished product testing, review and approval of test results and quality reports, laboratory equipment management (calibration and maintenance), and issuance of Certificates of Analysis (CoA) or test reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards, and maintain readiness for internal and external audits, including coordination with auditors, regulators, and clients, as well as timely and effective management and closure of audit findings.
Lead and develop the QA/QC team through performance management, competency development, training program development, quality KPI monitoring, and by driving continuous improvement and optimization of the quality management system and laboratory operations.
