Execute procurement initiative pipeline pertaining to managed spend category, aligning with the procurement procedure.

Lead all vendor selection processes (tactical & strategic bidding), to support business targets.

Achieve provided annual saving target, both cost avoidance and cost reduction. 

Preparing procurement documentation for each sourcing activity. 

Maintain accurate records, including the vendors/suppliers information, including purchase orders, pricing records, delivery times and product ranges. 

Negotiate for terms and arrangements favorable to business’ success while maintaining high-quality products, cost-effective deals and time-efficient services.

Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.

Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

Develop effective strategies for improvement of procurement processes, systems and performance, in conjunction with continuous improvement. 

Support in the preparation of documentation in accordance with the standards/requirements of CPOIB, CPOHB, ISO 9001, and/or ISO 17025. 

Perform corrections to any problems that arise during the procurement process, complete problem resolution, carry out root cause analysis and further investigations, and take corrective and preventive actions to prevent problems from occurring again in the future. 

Support technical team in related to customer complaints investigation caused by non-manufacturing faults,especially related to procurement processes, starting from finding and determining the root of the problem and determining corrective and preventive actions that must be taken so that similar problems do not occur again in the future.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Operation Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related major. 

At Least 5 years of working experience in a Procurement/Purchasing, with at least 3 years of experience as a supervisor. 

Having experience in molecular biology techniques /industry is an added value.

Digitally savvy and fluent in English (both spoken and written). 

Fluent in Google Workspace (Sheet, Slides & Docs) or MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). 

Have high integrity, honesty, dynamic, highly organized, and excellent attention to detail. 

Able to work with a team, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving, and leadership. 

Has knowledge and experience in the process of importing and exporting goods.
