Your Exciting Role
- Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, separation, and employee advocacy.
- Continuously improve and optimize the employee lifecycle process while acting as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and handle all HR administrative tasks, including documentation related to the employee lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders across the organization by providing accurate, timely, and relevant advice.
- Support the Lead of HCGA in determining appropriate compensation philosophy and structure based on market trends and data analysis.
- Plan and organize employee engagement programs and activities.
- Develop and implement engaging employer branding programs for both internal and external audiences.
- Ensure the smooth execution of internal HR workflows and daily administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and government regulations while keeping HR practices up to date.
- Maintain and manage HR data and records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with third-party partners to update and maintain employee data and HR systems.
- Provide support to employees during onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Develop, communicate, and implement company policies, SOPs, work instructions, and internal guidelines.
