Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement across various channels.

Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, motivation, and ensuring performance aligns with the company’s objectives.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and identify business opportunities.

Maintain and strengthen the brand’s position in the market through consistent messaging, visual identity, and communication strategies.

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Build and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts.

Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and improve overall customer satisfaction through marketing initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role or similar position.

Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with marketing software (email automation, content management systems, and digital ad platforms).

Data-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance metrics.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
