Your Exciting Role

Responsible for managing the Laboratory’s operational activities and ensuring these activities run smoothly and efficiently, as well as complying with quality management system requirements and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
Ensuring that established guidelines and procedures are well understood, followed, and properly implemented by all team members, including maintaining data traceability and the integrity of test results, as well as providing training and mentoring to all team members.
Monitoring all activities related to the repair, maintenance, and calibration of all laboratory equipment, and being responsible for the condition and availability of raw material stocks required for laboratory operational processes.
Ensuring smooth coordination with other teams such as R&D, QA/QC, and Business Units, and being responsible for all reports issued by the laboratory operations team. Additionally, handling customer complaints and leading investigation processes related to nonconformities, incidents, or analytical results.
