Human Capital Operations Lead

Your Exciting Role

Design, implement, and continuously improve the employee lifecycle process, including onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding, to enhance employee experience and accelerate productivity.
Ensure end-to-end Human Capital Operations are executed effectively, including employee administration, HC database management, onboarding, offboarding, personnel documentation, and HC compliance.
Lead the implementation, optimization, and automation of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to improve operational efficiency and streamline daily HC administrative processes.
Collect, analyze, and present HC data, including turnover, employee engagement, recruitment metrics, and time-to-hire, to provide insights that support strategic business and people decisions.
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention strategies that foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee experience, and align employees with Nusantics' values and business goals.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that strengthen Nusantics reputation as an employer of choice through recruitment campaigns, social media, university partnerships, and employee advocacy programs.
Support the Head of Human Capital in ensuring organizational compliance with applicable labor regulations and employment legislation while providing HC guidance to managers and business leaders.
Develop, review, and continuously improve Human Capital policies, Nusantribes Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and Forms (FR) to establish standardized and effective HC practices.
