Your Exciting Role

Define and execute the overall technical operations strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and scalable growth.
Define and track the metrics to manage the performance of Manufacturing & QC team in order to ensure the quality of the products manufactured.
Define and track the metrics to ensure the document management system maintained by QA team is usable, encompassing the overall workflow of the company, and not redundant.
Define and track the metrics to ensure quality service given by the Laboratory Operations team to ensure that the service level agreement to the customers are met.
Establish and manage cross-functional integration while driving performance visibility through structured reporting and data-driven decision making.
Oversee and ensure excellence across Manufacturing, Laboratory Operations, and QA/QC functions to maintain product quality, operational reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Lead quality governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement across all technical functions.
