Develop and execute an integrated end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with organizational objectives and long-term growth.
Define and track the workflow and metrics to ensure Warehouse and Inventory team manage the accuracy of inventory, ensuring every movement of the inventory are trackable and auditable, i.e. SLA of inventory request, inventory accuracy during stock opname, etc.
Define and track the workflow and metrics to ensure Procurement team manage the purchasing process to ensure best price to quality ratio as well as timely delivery of items.
Establish and manage cross-functional collaboration while driving performance visibility through integrated dashboards and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure effective planning and execution of supply chain operations to support smooth and reliable business activities. M
Establish, implement, and continuously enhance supply chain SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines to ensure consistency, compliance, and process excellence.
