Your Exciting Role
- Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy across AnimalDX, Human Diagnostics, and Research Collaboration Project (RCP) business units to achieve sustainable business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead and oversee all commercial activities, including business development, strategic partnerships, business intelligence, commercial operations, and market expansion initiatives.
- Identify, develop, and maintain strategic business opportunities, customer pipelines, and potential leads to support business growth and profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, and industry partners.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and business intelligence activities to identify market trends, opportunities, and strategic business initiatives.
- Lead, coach, develop, and manage the commercial team to improve capability, productivity, and business performance.
- Develop performance targets, SOPs, KPIs, and growth strategies for the commercial organization and ensure achievement through effective execution and monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Finance, and Corporate functions to support business objectives.
- Prepare and present business performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
