Your Exciting Role
- Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and selection criteria.
- Design and implement employee engagement and well-being programs to strengthen motivation, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience.
- Support the Lead of HCGA in determining appropriate people strategy based on data analysis.
- Support employee development and culture initiatives that foster collaboration and continuous growth.
- Organize and coordinate internal events such as onboarding sessions, town halls, and employee gatherings.
- Prepare recruitment and engagement reports to support data-driven decision-making.
