Prepare periodic sales forecasts (monthly & quarterly) based on data, trends, and pipeline

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for key accounts

Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers to increase revenue and retention

Identify business opportunities through analysis of customer, product, and market data

Ensure successful implementation of sales programs, including loyalty initiatives

Monitor, evaluate, and optimize sales program performance using data insights

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service readiness and customer satisfaction

Prepare sales reports and provide strategic recommendations for business improvement

Manage sales pipeline to ensure optimal conversion and target achievement
