- Develop and execute corporate Medical Check-Up (MCU) partnership offering strategies to meet employee health needs across various industries.
- Identify and establish strategic collaborations with Health Brands, Sports Hubs, and Wellness Communities to create exclusive bundled healthcare packages for their members.
- Coordinate with the Medical Representative team to ensure the availability of Clinic and Lab Partner networks across regions with adequate service variations in accordance with corporate and retail client demands.
- Establish strategic agreements with third-party partners to strengthen service sales through the Causa platform and the official website.
- Develop loyalty programs or incentive schemes with partners to increase traffic and transaction conversions within the company’s digital ecosystem.
- Formulate short-term (tactical) and long-term (strategic) sales strategies based on market trends, consumer behavior, and internal data to achieve revenue targets.
